Introduction

RediscoverSolutions.com LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Georgia limited liability company, operates Neuracle: Cognitive Games (“Neuracle,” “the App”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our application.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Neuracle is designed with a privacy-first approach — we collect the minimum information necessary to provide the app’s features, and in its current version, your data stays on your device.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you use Neuracle, you may choose to provide:

Information Generated Through Use

When you play games in Neuracle, the app generates:

Information Collected Automatically

Information We Do NOT Collect

How We Use Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any purpose other than operating and improving Neuracle.

Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

In its current version, Neuracle stores all personal and game data locally on your device. The full history of your game data remains on your device and is not transmitted to external servers, except for the crash reports and per-game analytics events (game played, difficulty, score, duration, and accuracy metrics) described above, which are sent to Google Firebase.

Your locally stored data is protected by your device’s built-in security features (device lock, encryption). We recommend that you use a device lock (PIN, password, fingerprint, or face recognition) to protect your data.

Caregiver PIN

If a caregiver sets a PIN within Neuracle, the PIN is stored in a hashed (one-way encrypted) format on the device. The actual PIN digits are not stored, and we have no ability to retrieve or reset a forgotten PIN.

Data Retention

Your game data and settings remain on your device for as long as you use the app. If you uninstall Neuracle, all locally stored data is permanently deleted. We do not retain any copy of your data.

Anonymized crash reports and aggregated analytics data may be retained by our analytics provider (Google Firebase) in accordance with their data retention policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties.

The only third-party services that receive data from Neuracle are:

ServiceData ReceivedPurpose
Google Firebase Crashlytics Anonymized crash reports (device type, OS version, error details) Identifying and fixing app crashes
Google Firebase Analytics Usage statistics and per-game results (game played, difficulty, score, duration, accuracy metrics), tied to a pseudonymous per-device analytics identifier Understanding app usage patterns and game performance trends to improve the product

These services are governed by Google’s privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The data shared with these services cannot be used to identify individual users.

Children’s Privacy

Neuracle is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app in a way that provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your Rights

If You Are a California Resident (CCPA/CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to:

If You Are in the European Economic Area (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and the right to restrict or object to processing. Since Neuracle stores most data locally on your device and does not create user accounts, you have direct control over that data at all times, and you can delete it by uninstalling the app.

The Firebase Analytics identifier and associated usage and per-game data sent to Google Firebase are pseudonymous but may still constitute personal data under the GDPR. Our legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in understanding usage patterns and improving the app for all users. You can object to this processing at any time by disabling analytics in the app’s Settings menu, and you can request access to or deletion of this data by contacting us using the information below.

For All Users

You can control your data in the following ways:

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes that affect how we handle your information, we will notify you through the app or by other appropriate means before the changes take effect.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.

Future Features

In future versions of Neuracle, we may introduce features that involve network connectivity, such as remote caregiver controls, data synchronization across devices, or voice-based exercises. If and when these features are introduced, we will update this Privacy Policy before launching them and, where required, obtain your consent before collecting any additional data.
